The newest location of the Ruby Slipper Cafe opened Wednesday morning on Magazine Street in the Irish Channel, its owners announced today.
The crowd-pleasing cafe takes over the short-lived location of Brick & Spoon at 2802 Magazine Street. It is the seventh location of Ruby Slipper, including five in New Orleans plus expansions in Pensacola, Fla., and Orange Beach, Ala.
Hours on Magazine Street are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
