The Orleans Parish Coroner’s office has released the identity of the 30-year-old man who was killed Friday night in a shooting on Josephine Street, authorities said.
The man was found with multiple gunshot wounds at the intersection of Josephine Street and Rev. John Raphael Jr. Wa around 7:40 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, according to the initial NOPD report. He was taken to the hospital, but died from his injuries there, the report states.
The victim was 30-year-old Terrell Holmes, and he died of gunshot wounds, according to Coroner Jeffrey Rouse’s office.
