F3, a free all-male bootcamp, happens twice weekly in Audubon Park.

The men meet at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesdays in Audubon Park by the Magazine St. pull-up bars and again on Fridays at 5:30 a.m. by the St. Charles entrance. They plant a shovel flag at their workouts.

The New Orleans chapter of F3 began last October and they currently have about 60 men who work out with them.

The workouts are held regardless of the weather and men who participate in the workouts take turns leading them. They also end each workout with a circle of trust, meant to bring the men closer together.

This program is focused on fitness, fellowship and faith. This program is open to any man regardless of fitness level, faith, and promises to give participants friendships that will support them.
