A man was found dead by the railroad tracks just off Leake and Carrollton avenues on Tuesday morning, New Orleans police said.
The incident is currently under investigation as an unclassified death, NOPD spokeswoman Ambria Washington said shortly after 7 a.m. Tuesday, March 21.
