  1. Hi, Robert. Does “busy” mean there were cars whizzing by? I was waiting for a downtown bus at the same intersection a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday night while it was still light. A woman who was obviously mentally ill and possibly homeless came up to me and asked me over and over again what I had been doing in her house. She was very aggressive and there was nobody around except people driving by in cars. I talked to her calmly and she finally walked away. This is the second time in the past couple of years I’ve been threatened by a mentally ill person while waiting for streetcar/bus at an effectively deserted “busy intersection.” The other time was at Nashville and St. Charles during rush hour. I don’t mean to be sarcastic. It’s just that when you’re in that situation you might as well be in the middle of nowhere.
