The New Orleans Police Department has arrested a 16-year-old male in connection with a homicide in Hollygrove.
The incident occurred on Thursday, Feb. 28, at 12:52 a.m. in the 8400 block of Oleander Street. The victim was a 15-year-old male.
During the course of the investigation, a suspect was identified and an arrest warrant for second degree murder, was obtained.
On Friday, March 8, at 10 a.m., the accused teen turned himself into the Special Operation Division’s Violent Offender Warrant Squad. He was transported to the Juvenile Division for booking.
