As Tulane’s first on-campus football season in years approaches, a trio of women’s groups at Tulane University are hosting a pre-season high tea and silent auction Sunday honoring alumni football wives.
The tea buffet will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday (Aug. 10) in Josephine Louise Hall Ballroom on Tulane’s campus at 6823 St Charles Avenue.

Hosted by Greenie Gals, Tulane University Women’s Association, and the Newcomb Alumnae Association. We will be honoring the Greenwave’s SEC alumni football wives, as well as our Greenwave Coaches wives. A full high tea buffet with wine and tea will be served. Members of Greenie Gals are asked to reach out and bring a friend or a family member to enjoy the afternoon. The more the merrier!
PRE-SEASON TEA SILENT AUCTION will also take place and includes many exciting items: Accommodations at the Westin Canal Place New Orleans, World War II Museum tickets, New Orleans School of Cooking classes, Gameday outfits and jewelry, Tailgating accessories and gift baskets, and more.
