  1. Why are we using the term River Garden “housing development”? Isn’t it simply “River Garden”? Shouldn’t it be simply, “River Garden,” same way we say “Irish Channel,” Garden District,” “Warehouse District”?

    • Because River Gardens is actually a planned housing development and the other examples are neighborhoods that developed over time?
