Former Mayor Marc Morial, current Mayor LaToya Cantrell, Gov. John Bel Edwards and others reflected on Martin Luther King Jr. on Monday during a rally at the New Orleans Jazz Market in Central City. After the rally, marchers and brass bands took to the streets to celebrate the life of the slain civil rights leader.
