  1. What are the leaders of New Orleans is doing to prevent this from happening. They don’t care about nothing but lining up their pockets. They care about ONE THING “MONEY,MONEY MONEY some citizens of New Orleans has been waiting 25 years to receive from the city for law suits against them. They just DONT!!!! Want to pay up hoping that the individuals who has lawsuits against them pass away so they won’t have to pay them. Down right DIRTY, DIRTY DIRTY!!!!!
