Walter Porter, the man charged in the slaying of Curtis Matthews in what officials have characterized as retaliation for his brother’s testimony against convicted murderer Telly Hankton, lived with his girlfriend in a home in the 4700 block of South Liberty, the Times-Picayune is reporting, and investigators found three guns inside after extensive surveillance of the location.
