The New Orleans Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating suspects in a string of vehicle burglaries in the Carrollton area on Jan. 1.
The New Orleans Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in the identification and location of suspects in Uptown vehicle burglaries.
The vehicle break-ins occurred on Dec. 15 in the 2100 block of Dante Street, Dec. 20 in the 900 block of Nashville Street, Dec. 23 in the 3000 block of Octavia Street and Dec. 29 in the 500 block of Walnut Street.
The New Orleans Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and located subjects believed to be responsible for a string of vehicle burglaries Wednesday in the Milan and Touro neighborhoods.
New Orleans Police are investigating the simple burglary of a vehicle that happened the morning of Jan. 3 in the 6200 block of St. Charles Ave. The suspect, described as a white male, is accused of stealing several handheld power tools from the rear of the victim’s work van.
The New Orleans Police Department has arrested Cecil Bonnee, 27, and are seeking Jaylon Williams Williams, 22, in connection in connection with numerous auto and residential burglaries occurring between Oct. 14 and Oct. 20. Another man was booked with two unrelated auto burglaries occurring in October.
During this time frame, the Second District received reports of 30 auto burglaries. Due to the above-average number, Second District detectives, task force members and district platoons began an aggressive campaign to track down all leads and increase patrols in an effort to identify and locate those responsible. Through the continued investigation, detectives found the same two subjects were observed in numerous videos that were obtained by Second District officers of auto burglary incidents.
