The New Orleans Volunteer Orchestra (NOVO) will host their biggest concert of the season on Friday, March 10. “Pictures At An Exhibition” will feature the full orchestra, choir, and an art silent auction.
The concert takes place at St. Charles Ave. Baptist Church, 7100 St. Charles Avenue. Doors open for 7 p.m., and show begins at 7:30 p.m.
“Pictures at an Exhibition” is a world-famous piece of classical music performed by professional orchestras every year. The Voices of New Orleans Choir will be featuring selections from your favorite musicals and operas, such as “Fiddler on The Roof” “Va Pensiero” and “Moon River”.
This concert will feature over 100 musicians on stage and will also feature a full gallery of art that is for sale, donated by local New Orleans artists. 100% of donations and ticket sales go to help the orchestra keep running.
