Man, 71, reported missing from Lower Garden District area

New Orleans Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 71-year-old man from the Lower Garden District who has been missing for nearly a month, authorities said.

Russell Quest was last seen by his wife as he left their home in the 1400 block of Annunciation Street on May 31 “to attend a family function,” according to a NOPD news release. He has not been heard from since then, the report states.

Anyone who can help find Quest is asked to call NOPD Sixth District detectives at 658-6061 or the NOPD non-emergency number at 821-2222.
