Support the Bridge House/Grace House mission by attending a luncheon and silent auction (May 9) that will honor local role models for those undergoing treatment from long-term substance abuse.

For more about this event, see the following information from Bridge House/Grace House:

Annual Women of Substance Luncheon will be held Friday, May 9th at the Audubon Tea Room. Silent auction bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m., and lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m. The luncheon is designed to honor local female role models for the many women in our substance abuse treatment program who are striving to become sober and self-sufficient. This year, Bridge House / Grace House will pay tribute to Saving Graces: Women of the Wellness. The Honorees are Dr. Jayne Gurtler, PK Scheerle, RN and Carol Solomon. The Richard “Buzzy” Gaiennie Award will be presented to Meg Farris. Deacon Jay Albert will receive the Volunteer of the Year Award, and Lauren Selenberg will be presented with the Alumna of the Year Award.

The luncheon features a silent auction. Individual tickets are $90, and a table for ten is $900. All proceeds will benefit the treatment program.
