stacks_image_0Following a series of home invasions over the last week, the Central Carrollton Association will be holding a crime-prevention forum tonight (Monday, April 14) with City Councilwoman Susan Guidry and representatives from NOPD and Project NOLA.

For details, see the announcement from Central Carrollton Association president Chris Canary:

In response to the recent rash of home invasion and assault crimes in the area, CCA will be holding a forum on crime and crime prevention. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 14, at 6:30pm at MT. TRIUMPH BAPTIST CHURCH, 1734 Fern St. (Fern & Hickory).

Councilmember Guidry will be in attendance along with leadership from NOPD and Bryan Lagarde from Project NOLA to discuss what the city and NOPD are doing in response to recent incidents and what residents can do to protect themselves. We look forward to seeing you there.
