Interested in opening a food business like a restaurant, bakery, or catering service but don’t know how to start? Join SoFAB for the next installment in the Raising the Dough series to learn about Branding Issues in a New Food Business with business owners Trey Reinhardt and Nina Camacho.

Raising the Dough is a series of Financial Literacy classes aimed at helping local, low income culinary workers led by the SoFAB Institute with support from the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Economy. Each class will focus on a different aspect of the legal and financial considerations to take into account when starting your own food business.
