New Orleans police are investigating an unexplained death in Broadmoor, authorities said.

Police found a 32-year-old man dead inside a house in the 4300 block of South Rocheblave, about a block from Napoleon near Broad Street, around 9 a.m. Sunday, said NOPD Officer Garry Flot. Investigators initially treated it as a homicide, but the coroner was unable to determine what kind of injury caused the man’s death on the scene, Flot said.

“He will conduct an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death and the classification of the incident,” Flot said.

Whatever the cause of death, it’s always a tragedy when someone passes on, so young. :-(
