Homicide investigators are now searching for a man wanted on a number of outstanding arrest warrants in addition to a woman previously named in connection with a shooting at an Amelia Street residence that killed two men earlier this month, New Orleans police said.

Robert Robinson, 29, is wanted for questioning about the Dec. 14 deaths of two men, 23-year-old Johnathan Sam and 22-year-old Stephan Raymond, according to a news release from the New Orleans Police Department. Robinson (who also goes by the alias Robert Robertson or Robert Roberson) is not currently facing charges related to the Amelia Street murders, but he is wanted on a number of warrants in at least three unrelated cases: receiving stolen property, carrying a weapon and resisting an officer in June; a carrying a weapon and aggravated assault in a domestic case in September, and simple domestic battery in November.

The shootings took place inside of and on the front porch of the home at 2728 Amelia Street, and the resident there, Kathryn Hunter, is also still wanted for questioning in connection with the case, police say.

Anyone with information as to their whereabouts is urged to call Homicide Detectives at 658-5300 or CrimeStoppers at 822-1111.
