A gun, marijuana and pills were seized and two men were arrested following a narcotics investigation this week at a home in Broadmoor, New Orleans police said.

Narcotics detectives investigating CrimeStoppers complaints about a home in the 4200 block of South Derbigny received a warrant to search the residence around 2 p.m. Monday, and “confiscated 7 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, oxycodone pills, and a semi-automatic Glock model 27 handgun with numerous .40-caliber live rounds,” according to a NOPD report. Two men were arrested: Larry Neyland, 32, on charges of possession with intent to distribute oxycodone and hydrocodone and possession of a firearm with narcotics, and Jockquell Vannorman, 24, on charges of first-offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

No booking photo of Neyland was available Thursday afternoon.
