Sheldon Jefferson, 15, and Joseph Davis, 16, had their robbery, rape and kidnapping charges moved from juvenile court to state court Wednesday, and District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro says he plans on trying them as adults, according to our partners at WWL-TV.
