The governing boards of two large Uptown charter schools — Lusher and Audubon — will each have board meetings Saturday morning, officials said.
Both meetings are scheduled at 10 a.m.
The Lusher meeting will take place in room 207 of the Fortier building at 5624 Freret Street. The agenda includes a review of the fiscal year 2012 audit, an update on employee benefit plans, and updates to funding, facilities and enrollment.
Audubon’s meeting will be in the cafeteria of the Carrollton campus at 719 S. Carrollton Avenue. Its agenda includes election of board officers, establishing the board’s 2013 meeting calendar, an executive session to discuss the evaluation of senior administrators, and the usual reports on facilities, the French program and the Montessori program. The school is still exploring moving from the old Carrollton courthouse to the McDonogh 7 building on Milan Street.
