Two people were wounded in a shooting reported around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in Central City, authorities are saying.
A man was shot in the arm and a woman was shot in the abdomen in the 2700 block of Second Street (near Magnolia Street), said NOPD Officer Garry Flot, a department spokesman.
