At the precise moment when the 27 year old was mugged at Harmony and Camp, the NOPD was conducting a checkpoint approximately five blocks away at Louisiana and Tchoupitoulas. For anyone wondering about the NOPD’s priorities, look no further.

I tried to post a comment, but it is now more confusing than ever. It must be a nice business (Facebook, Discus, Twitter, etc.) then you can FORCE someone to join before making comments.
