“Little Free Libraries” pop up in Uptown neighborhoods

A library system built on the honor system — anyone can pick up a book, or drop one off — is springing up in front yards in several Uptown neighborhoods, an offshoot of a national effort started three years ago in Wisconsin, according to a report by Maya Rodriguez and our partners at WWL-TV:

    Where are these little gems? Louisiana & Coliseum is one location revealed but what about all the others?

    Thank you for this article! I drive past the Little Free Library on Louisiana & Coliseum almost daily and have always wondered what it is. What an innovative concept to promote reading and bring neighborhoods together.
