4636 Claiborne (via Preservation Resource Center)

Homes on South Claiborne Avenue and Baronne Street are among a handful of Uptown properties on a lengthy agenda Monday before the Neighborhood Conservation District Commission.

New applications by the owner, according to the meeting agenda, include:

  • 4636 South Claiborne Avenue
  • 7735 Earhart Boulevard
  • 3032-34 Jackson Avenue
  • 5413 Laurel Street

2124 Baronne (via Preservation Resource Center)

The city is also seeking the demolition of 2124 Baronne Street, while FEMA is requesting to demolish 2820-22 Second Street and 2619 Washington Avenue. The Louisiana Land Trust is also requesting permission to demolish a handful of properties in the Hollygrove area:

  • 3724 Eagle Street
  • 3112 and 3323 Hollygrove Street
  • 3300-00½ Joliet Street
  • 3610 and 3637 Monroe Street
